One of the main benefits of being the No:1 Recommended Broadoaks Country House Wedding Photographer for so many years is knowing everyone, and how everything works to help our mutual couples’ experiences of their Wedding go more smoothly, more relaxed, and more fun
And so it was too for Hayley & Mark’s beautiful Wedding at Broadoaks recently
It was of course another opportunity for me as a Lake District Wedding Photographer to do what I love most, in my FAVE part of the World; and, as always, it was the best of weathers 🙂
By which of course I mean it rained !!!
Well, you can’t have a ‘Lake District’ if it doesn’t rain can you?
This time though, it was a mere hint rather than some of the deluges I’ve faced this year already, and so it really didn’t make much difference at all to the PLAN for the day
There is one actual benefit from a bit of rain from a Wedding Photographer’s Point-of-View, and that’s that it not only clears the air somewhat, but the fact everything is damp helps to saturate the colours of leaves, grass & flowers. This helps make for a more vibrant display of colour than any hot sunny day ever can
