ALL Weddings are GREAT, but if I’m honest, which I am, some are just a wee bit GREATER than others lol
Just such an example of true GREATNESS happened last Saturday when this now Lancaster Wedding Photographer (originally from Barnsley) got to photograph a Wedding at my FAVE Lakes’ venue of Broadoaks Country House – FULL of folk from my home town of Barnsley !!!
How cool is that 😀
And what a day it was too as we started off playing ‘Hockey Cokey’ with the weather, so one minute it was defo an Outside Wedding on Broadoaks’ lovely lawned area, then it was Inside due to probable rain, then Outside again lol
Outside eventually won – and the rain held off ALL day – my first Lakes’ Wedding in ages without getting wet; it felt quite odd really 😀
This was defo well into the category of a ‘relaxed Wedding Day’, with Abby & Adam putting on a range of Wedding Lawn Games for their Family & Guests; where there was a minor competition too (although I’ve no idea what the prize was)
And my FAVE part of the Games was Hook-a-Duck in Broadoak’s fountain – that is just so FAB to watch & photograph 🙂
