St. George’s Hall, Liverpool, is rapidly becoming one of my very favourite places to shoot a Wedding. Not only does it have 3 Council Registry Office rooms available, all of differing sizes, but there are other even larger rooms should you need them
Despite being a Lancaster Wedding Photographer Liverpool is just a short trip away, parking is easy (and secure!), there’s a cafe & toilets in the building itself, but OMG the photo opportunities it affords for both architectural Wedding photos and flower filled gardens are just too good to miss
Jess & Tom Booked me for their intimate family Wedding recently, and for just a couple of hours’ attendance. So it was pretty much straight into their Wedding Ceremony before a Confetti exit, a few family group photos (including a bit of daft fun lol) and then straight into their Bride & Groom session around St. George’s Hall
We started on the pillared side, and even made use of the fact that they hosepipe the floor every Wedding day for some puddle reflection shots
Then we moved to the opposite side of St George’s Hall, which has some lovely gardens and statue features
Jess was 21 weeks pregnant, and truly happy & radiant looking; and despite Tom’s initial feelings of being awkward having his photo taken (doesn’t everyone feel like that!) he soon relaxed into the role
As I was due to go on holiday shortly after this Wedding I didn’t want them to hang about waiting, so I pushed ahead and delivered their Wedding photos just 4 days later, with these lovely comments following…
