I can’t think of a single Lancaster Wedding Photographer I know, or even those based in ANY other place, who have such a FAB venue for a Wedding right on their doorstep
The Ashton Memorial is outrageously stunning as both a Wedding venue inside and for photos of the happy couple right outside it, especially on the seaward side where there is the superb steps leading down to a larger open area and into Williamson Park in general
So you can imagine how much I was looking forward to yet another Wedding here, for Aidan & Sarah, and it did not disappoint 🙂
I’ve decided to split this BLOG into 3 sections…
Firstly, to show off how FAB a couple can look following their Ashton Memorial Wedding; then to show the Wedding itself; and finally a set I’m simply calling the ‘Fun’ bit
The ‘Fun’ of a Wedding is what I LOVE to shoot most – its the interaction of family, guests and of course the happy couple – unposed Wedding Photography – which makes up by FAR the largest part of any modern Wedding
Most couples still have a ‘posed’ set, but this is typically down to 15-20mins max; they still want some Group photos, but again this is done as quickly & informally as possible so we can all get back to the FUN
